Woohoo! I made it a week

Was just playing about today because I didn’t really have anything particular in mind. Was mucking about in Hexagon working on something looking more human. So I got the guys head and had no idea what to do with. So I threw him in a box! Easy Peasy!

Last night I decided to take the plunge, to go ahead and install Ubuntu onto one of my systems. I had been wanting to do this for quite some time but since my systems were both dedicated to specific jobs, wasn’t too sure if I had the time, patience or technical knowledge should things got messy.

Don’t think I’ve fallen for an OS as quickly as I have for Ubuntu. It’s awesome. So awesome in fact…it’s on all of my systems now. Save one system that still has Windows running alongside for all my apps.

So today’s daily design reflects this, and my first official design in Gimp. I tried for years to get into Gimp and it just flies over my head. Not entirely sure what happened today but something worked

I had fun with this one for several reasons.
1. Had no idea what I was creating at the time
2. Still have no idea what it is. I think it’s safe to call him Toebee
3. I thought of Kym while he was rendering. Figured she’d be the one to get a kick out of him. (not physically btw)
